Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial concepts to support our daily operations.

Duties:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in account analysis
- Process accounts receivable and assist with payroll tasks
- Utilize accounting software to manage general ledger entries
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in GAAP and public accounting practices
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with account analysis, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
